Ashish carries with him seven years of professional experience in agriculture, livelihoods, rural enterprises and sustainable development. In his past role at UP State Rural Livelihood Mission (UPSRLM), he promoted, motivated and provided training to rural communities on sustainable farming and human nutrition. Ashish has strong interests in natural farming, women's empowerment, and social marketing. Ashish heads the Farmer Advisory team which delivers climate-smart advisory to improve customers' yields, income, and climate resilience. He also oversees business development and sales for all solar projects in Barabanki district. Ashish completed his Master's in Environmental Science from Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences in Uttar Pradesh.
