Lipsa brings a robust blend of technical proficiency and research acumen in photovoltaic-based renewable energy. She holds both a Master's and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Shiksha O Anusandhan University, Odisha, specialising in maximum power point tracking and power quality diagnosis in hybrid microgrids using deep neural networks learning techniques. In her previous role at SELCO Foundation, Lipsa served as the technical coordinator for the Odisha team, where she managed site selection, implementation, site surveys, and energy audits. She conducted extensive research on agri-based technologies and designed solar systems to enhance energy access and livelihood development. Additionally, she played a pivotal role in stakeholder training and post-installation operational monitoring. Lipsa is eager to further develop her expertise with Oorja. Outside of her professional endeavors, she is passionate about art and crafts, engaging in various forms of creative expression.
