Sejal Agarwal is a post-graduate from the Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM), Bhopal and has five years of experience as a development professional. Her expertise lies in Rural Community Development, Program Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Research, and Data Analysis. During her tenure at Partnering Hope Into Action Foundation (PHIA) and the Center for Research on Innovation and Science Policy (CRISP), she acquired extensive knowledge in various areas, including women empowerment, gender equality, social inclusion, livelihood, agricultural extension and advisory services, as well as digital advisories for farmers. Through Oorja, Sejal aims to contribute to the betterment of the farming community by promoting renewable energy and addressing various challenges posed by climate change in the agricultural sector.
